About Niki
Niki is a South London-based yoga teacher and women’s wellness professional passionate about supporting individuals who identify as women, as well as those assigned female at birth. Specialising in menstrual health, PCOS, endometriosis, and post-hysterectomy recovery, she uses yoga and holistic healing to help clients feel stronger, more connected, and empowered in their bodies.
With over 8 years of experience, Niki has trained extensively with renowned experts such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Ana Forrest, Jambo Truong, and has completed the Poppy Approach training founded by Cat Allen. She combines this advanced training with diverse styles including Vinyasa, Forrest, Restorative, Prenatal, Postnatal, Yin, and Yoga for Female Health to create accessible practices tailored to each woman’s unique health journey.
Niki offers private sessions, group workshops, and online courses designed to nurture hormonal balance and support healing. She is also the creator of #PeriodPowerSeries, a vibrant Instagram community where yoga meets menstrual health—helping ease discomfort and deepen connection to the menstrual cycle.
Alongside yoga, Niki is a certified VortexHealing© practitioner and Reiki healer, bringing a heart-centered, holistic approach to women’s wellness—body, mind, and spirit. She creates a safe, welcoming space where women can reclaim their health and cultivate self-love.
