As winter’s darker weeks lift, our bodies and minds may feel tense or depleted. This immersive workshop offers a gentle, nurturing reset for the mind, body, and nervous system, supporting resilience — the capacity to recover from stress, respond with clarity, and move through life with ease.
Through slow flow, Yin and restorative yoga, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra, Niki will guide you on a multi-layered journey to melt away tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest and restorative sleep. With a special focus on the vagus nerve, the body’s key pathway for relaxation and self-regulation, you’ll explore how movement, breath, and stillness can shift the nervous system from fight-or-flight into rest, repair, and calm, strengthening your ability to respond to stress with grace and ease. Mindfulness and conscious presence are woven throughout, guiding you to connect deeply with your body, breath, and inner rhythms.
March marks the graceful transition from winter to spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the season of wood and renewal. Yin practices, with their long-held, gentle postures and mindful breath, nourish the liver and gallbladder meridians, releasing winter stagnation and supporting the flow of growth, creativity, and vitality. In this workshop, you will explore the wisdom of the body and seasonal energy, integrating movement, stillness, and awareness to restore balance and flow.

Cycle Wisdom
Step into a sacred space of learning, movement and connection as we explore how your body’s natural cycle can become a guide for balanced energy. In this 2‑hour workshop you’ll gain practical tools to:
* understand the hormonal architecture and phases of the menstrual cycle and how they map to energy, mood, strength and rest.
* recognise and support common menstrual issues (cramps, heavy bleeding, PMS, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) through yogic movement, breathwork, traditional Chinese medicine and simple lifestyle shifts.
* align your yoga practice with your cycle so you can harness each phase’s unique energy.
* reflect on the historical and yogic views of menstruation: how ancient traditions honoured it, how modern society views it, and how we can reclaim a positive relationship with our flow.
* journal and discuss in a safe, inclusive space – bring your questions and your curiosity.
